Word messages are everywhere.
Until recently, I was not big on the idea of hanging words and messages in our home, but I admit that lately there have been some pretty fun messages and inspiring words floating around blogland. Thank you for helping to change my ways everyone.
Somehow we managed to score this hanging collection of "L" words.

Pretty good words to live by, if you ask me, but then after I get past the words, the gold has to go AND somehow it needs to fit in the playroom ~ goal: to make playroom more playful.
To make the letters stand out, I used a mixture of white and taupe, sanding in between layers. Then I painted the background using a turquoise craft paint and thinned it using a sponge brush.
Now it works with the TV cabinet.
Check back for the playroom reveal in the near future.
