Before I announce the winner of the table runner, I would like to thank you all for entering the giveaway. I have hosted giveaways before, but none of them were things I made. When I first decided to give away a table runner, I wondered if anyone would even want it. It's sort of risky putting yourself out there like that. 114 people left comments and many of you posted and tweeted for me. I am deeply touched and wish that I could give one to each of you.
The winner is Alissa from 33 Shades of Green who said:
- Love the burlap table runner Rene! Thanks for the great tutorial - you made it look easy. I love to win it!
Congratulations Alissa!
In case you had your heart set on a table runner, I have added size options to my Etsy shop and am also taking custom orders if you don't see the size you need.
What are your plans this weekend? We are going to cut a Christmas tree in the mountains and there is a chance of flurries. Next week I will get busy making wreaths and stockings and I still owe you the tutorial for the boxwood wreath. Have a great weekend!!

Your runner is great, congratulations to Alissa!

Cutting a tree in the mountains sounds so fun! I would love to be able to do that. Living in Louisiana kinda keeps that from happening though!!! HAHA! Have fun!

I made my own runner using your tutorial. I love it. One thing I did wrong tho is when i measured the table top I forgot to add several inches on each end for the drop before the fringe started. Luckily i had a smaller table that I could put it on but it doesn't stand out as well. It was fun making it. thanks for your help.
ReplyDeleteLucky Alissa!
