Perhaps one of my favorite features of this kitchen is the window shade. Elizabeth wanted to avoid trendy fabrics and Erika found this damask that perfectly matches the wall color. Good call. I'm pretty sure she will be happy with that choice for a long time.
I love these industrial bar stools.
Aaah, the details.
If you would like to know more about the kitchen, Elizabeth did a Q & A post. Thanks Elizabeth for letting me share your beautiful kitchen!

What a fabulous transformation! The details are just beautiful and I am eyeing those shades as well.

ReplyDeleteProject Shannon, I suspect Erika is about to be published again b/c she removed some photos of her recent work. Either that or she got tired of me camping out in her portfolio every day :)

Bring me a rag - I'm drooling! I fantasize about kitchens. It's how I put myself to sleep imagining everything from the drawers to their contents. Ahh . . .
ReplyDeleteSuch an amazing "Before" and "After." I love the mix of industrial (like those fab stools) with the chic (like the chandelier). Beautiful work!

ReplyDeletetired of seeing a
transformation like
this. LOVE the damask.
I chose a damask stencil
from your give away and
am planning on using a
similar wall color ~ goes
great with white bead board.
Thanks for sharing this,
Rene!

That is awesome! What a gorgeous kitchen.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful transformations indeed. I generally like more color, but these rooms are very nice with the white and neutral palette. Well done. :)

Elizabeth is a blog friend of mine. I simply adore her kitchen. I've told her before, she could just post pics of it everyday and I'd still keep reading her blog. She took her time, made really good choices, and she's got great taste. Working with an incredible designer like Erika (the very first blog I ever read) helps too!
ReplyDeleteYour not the only one camping out at her portfolio!
Shut up!!! That is so cute...what a great transformation!
