Sittin' Sweet

A while back, I blogged about wanting a bamboo desk chair.  I still haven't found one, but I did find another great chair for $10 at the Re-Store.  So, add this to my never ending list of things to paint.  If I ever do find a bamboo chair, I'm sure there will be no problem working it in somewhere.

I have it sitting in the kitchen because, believe me when I say, you do not want to see our office :)

  7. You're not the only one with a messy office. I share the office with my hubs. One side is office, the other side is craft/sewing. Yesterday after I finished my apron, I put it on, and told him we had to go find someplace else in the house to take the picture(hence being in front of the laundry room doors.)

Isn't the ReStore awesome? Love the caned chair! Can't wait to see it painted.

  28. The chair was a great find, Rene! That will be fun to paint. Do you have a color in mind? I wish you lived closer. I saw some great bamboo chairs at my Goodwill today! I almost bought them but thought I'd better paint the furniture I have first before getting any more.

  29. That is a great chair. Nice shape to it. I have a small bamboo chair that I've been wanting to try a fun color on. It's lacking a cushion too.
