Anne, from the blog
Birdlike, has invited us to join a mood board party. The inspiration for the mood board is actually a bird. Apparently I have a lot in common with the Satin Bower bird because Anne tells us they like to decorate. That and the fact that they are mostly green and have gorgeous blue eyes made it even more fun.
My plan is pretty self explanatory only I went a little heavier on the blue than our feathered friend here. I used the natural elements (armoire, rug, bamboo, chair) to bring out the brown in addition to the chevron pillow.
Beautiful! I love the colors, pieces and elements you chose. *Becca*
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful! I love that mirror. Martina

ReplyDeleteHello Rene - Visiting from Anne's party to tell you how much I enjoy the subtle Asian theme you've created from Mr. Bird's colors. You chose some great fabrics and I like how you mixed patterns - very pretty...and classic.
ReplyDeleteLove the blue and the green together and all the natural elements. It has a tropical feel to it!
