Now that the kiddos are out of school, if you are like me, projects come to a halt - or at least move at a slower pace. My friend Courtney from A Thoughtful Place has featured five days of five minute projects for people just like us who need to create and do it in a hurry. Today she shared one of my projects (if you want to call it that). Lots of great ideas - you can check out the series here.

oooh I just love this idea of the extra large canvas instead of several smaller pictures!!! So modern!
ReplyDeleteI am in absolute LOVE with the first image. Seriously good. I am the opposite-- we only really hit our rhythm when school is out--mostly because I seriously wear my kids out at the pool and they take 3 hour naps every day...
ReplyDeleteWonderful project ideas Rene. I love being surrounded by family photos and a large one on a canvas would be even better.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great offer! My husband took some beautiful beach photos of the surf and sunrise here in HH. This would be a great Father's Day gift for him. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

able to get some
good shots this

a great start!

Great and fun post, Rene! I love the swimmmer especially, but the lower half shots are cool too.
ReplyDeleteFive minute projects are right up my alley!

You have just reminded me that I desperately need to have some family photos done...these are some fantastic inspiration! I am always a big fan of the pictures being just a little off kilter...have a fantastic weekend!
ReplyDeletelove the canvases. Some great ideas!
ReplyDeleteA great collection of canvases! I think my favourite is the first from Design Crush Blog :) Hope you're having a lovely weekend. Nicolex
ReplyDeleteI love having photo canvases made. They're the perfect gift. Thanks for showcasing so many terrific examples! This'll be my first summer blogging, so I'll see how it goes, though I suspect I'll experience a slowdown, too. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, love the off-beatness of them!
ReplyDeleteLove this idea! I love the clean look of a large canvas on the wall, it feels more modern. The canvas of the family's legs on the stairs is so cute. Happy weekend, Rene.
ReplyDeleteRene, you are showcasing some very fun and inspirational ones! I have one large canvas with the kids (will be fun to put in the guest rooms when they return to the family home as adults), but you inspired me to go through my mountains of photos and find something with a lot humor!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend to you! (I am back after a whirlwind trip to Sweden. You will see a lot more of me from now on).
