Celebrating Mr.

My husband doesn't receive nearly enough credit on the blog.  Most of my references to him are home improvement related, but there is much, much more to him.  Allow me to share just a few of the reasons why I love him.

He cooks a killer breakfast every weekend.
He teaches our boys the importance of hard work, honesty, and family time.
He always waits for me to sit down first at the dinner table.
He doesn't flinch when he comes home to find the house has been rearranged a.g.a.i.n.
He knows when I need a foot rub.
He is an eternal optimist (so you know what that makes me).

I love you sweetie!  Happy father's day!

  3. I'm pretty sure that almost none of our husbands get the credit that they deserve. They make it possible for us to be the women that we are.

    Happy Father's Day, Mr. C&V!!!

  10. Very nice tribute to your "mr" :) I am not married, but my father has gone to estate sales to bid for me, helped me lug furniture, and met customers with me when I started out & was too nervous to deliver finished furniture by myself!

  12. I especially love your comment that your only references to your husband are home improvement related and I realized I'm guilty of this as well. If you read my blog you probably think my poor husband spends all his free time trying to make me happy by building things or painting for me. Oh wait...! Hope your family had a wonderful father's day weekend!
