Welcome Summer!

Thank you to everyone who shopped in my etsy shop last week!  Nothing gives me greater pleasure than "rescuing" beautiful items and getting them to their rightful owners.  Just so you know, the term "rescue" is one that Mom and I often use when it comes to great little vintage finds or plants that need a better home.

Now that summer is here and my kids are officially out of school, read I am cooking and driving morethanever, it seemed appropriate to freshen up the etsy shop a bit with new pictures and a few new goodies.

Gotta run now...on my way to a design consultation at Smith Mountain Lake.  Enjoy your day!

  3. My husband and I have been looking at buying a home on a lake somewhere on the east coast. Smith Mountain lake is one of the places we are going to check into. We have heard a lot about and want to take a trip down there this summer. Any insights on the area?
    Thanks-
    My best- Diane
