It's a Party ... and you're invited

I am so excited to finally announce a new monthly linky party here on Cottage & Vine called "Room by Room".  It seems as though I am not the only one tweaking one room after another.  So, I thought it would be fun to share them all here once a month, one room at a time.

I am limiting this party to once a month in hopes of not stepping on toes of my blogging friends who already host weekly parties.

Here is what I am thinking...

Let's begin with entries and foyers.  This is where we enter the home and seems like a logical place to begin.  I love a pretty entry.  It is the first thing you see when you enter a home.  The rest of the house can be mediocre, but with a pretty entry, who will notice?

Here are just a few that I love...

Spiff up those foyers and mark your calendars for next Monday, August 8.  I hope to see you here.

If you like buttons or just want to spread the word, here you go...

  9. So glad you all can come and yes, we need to get busy. Nothing motivates me like having a party. Ginger, I think a back entry will be just fine.

  21. Agreed - it is good motivation! We enter right into our living room but I've sort of created an entryway area if you will - a place to throw keys, shoes, bags, etc. Still working on it but might be able to share a photo.
