It seemed like everyone enjoyed my little visit to the Design Archives the other day so I thought that I would share another one of my favorite spots in town called The Farmer's Wife. The Farmer's Wife is a fun shop specializing in antiques and accessories with a breathtaking florist in the rear of the store. If I was planning a party or special event, this might be my first choice for flowers. Daniel, the store owner has an eye for all things wonderful and vintage. I'm not going to say a lot about this post because I believe the images speak for themselves, but I especially love his artful vignettes.

Wow! I would love to browse through this store! Those pendants are amazing!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I have not been there in quite a while....will have to soon! Your post about Design Archives was great too. My daughter loves shopping there for clothes.
ReplyDeleteHow have I never been here? I'm going to seek it out now that school is (praise be!!!!) back in session.
ReplyDeleteKit told me this "PRECIOUS!" lady with a great blog came in the other day--you! Thanks again for the wonderful words!
I love this store too. Their flower arrangements are so unique but in a simple and gorgeous way. I received a bouquet from there last year and loved it. Can you believe I was once told not to tell anybody it was there because it was her secret place to to shop for flowers!! Unbelievable! Something this good has to be shared.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great treasure! I could get lost in there for hours and certainly find a few *must haves* that would make their way home with me :)
