Dining Room Turned Office

Does your dining room look like this?  Many of us have dining rooms that go unused or ones that are only used once or twice a year.  I love a formal dining room and we use ours often, but if we didn't I would so do something like this.

 With sources like Overstock, Ikea, and Walmart, I would say this was a pretty budget friendly makeover.

  2. Fantastic idea. I just helped a client turn her dining room into a home office. We used her table as the desk. They are getting so much more use out of the room now that it is an office.

    Dining room became my husband's study, and it is perfect! Once in a great while I miss a formal dining room... but am so happy with our new space!
