October at My House & Happy Halloween!

Thank you for making Cottage & Vine one of your stops!  In case you are stopping by for the first time or might have missed a project here or there, here is a round up of happenings around my house in October.  Enjoy!

1 - Getting Organized

2 - My Fall Mantel

3 - How to Recover and Ottoman

4 - Changes in the Sun Room

5 - How to Recover a Dining Chair

6 - Add Pinch Pleats to Store Bought Curtains

7 - A Tufted Bench

8 - "Re" Arranging Flowers

Are you Trick-or-Treating tonight?  I have learned my lesson in years past not to buy candy until Halloween day because I eat it all my little monsters eat it.  So I need to make a candy run today.  Happy Halloween!

  4. You deserve a lot of chocolate after that productive month! I bought some about two days ago, and opened it in the car!

  5. You are the project queen!!! I definitely need to be more like you. I can't buy candy until late today cause I have the same problem....plus I have to buy candy that I don't really like.

  7. You have been a very busy gal this month! Wonderful projects Rene and you always inspire me to try my hand at something new. I made the candy run last night....should have waited until today....I ripped open the bag of Twix already. I look forward to passing out candy and seeing all the costumes, especially the tiny tots. Happy Halloween!

  12. Just had to chime in that I do the same thing with the Halloween candy. If I buy it before hand I can't stop eating it. I also have already made myself sick raiding their bags after they go to bed at night. Also, love seeing all your posts for the month together like this--so many great projects!
